The Ardmore Group identified the need for a reliable and trustworthy organisation to conduct a full audit of their current HRIS and processes. In early 2023, they instructed LunarCloud to undertake a full analysis and evaluation of their existing HR, Payroll and Workforce Management solutions. Through this process, LunarCloud identified areas of configuration and setup of the current system which could be improved and would ultimately be of benefit to The Ardmore Group.
