Our HR System Selection Service Process
Requirements definition
This is where we work with you to understand your needs from an HR system, we then document those for your review and sign off.
vendor engagement
We then engage with various suitable vendors. We will discuss your requirements with them and obtain ballpark pricing on your behalf. This stage helps to narrow down the selection to around 3 vendors.
financial budget summary
We prepare a ballpark summary of the investment over a 3 or 5 year term (including implementation). This process is likely to narrow down your preferred vendor(s) further.
demonstrations
We then organise all the initial and final stage online demonstrations of your preferred vendor(s), one of our team will be present during all of demonstrations.
reference
You will then nominate a preferred vendor, from here we will facilitate a reference call with an existing customer of that vendor.
Sign off
The final stage is to work with you to negotiate and confirm all the contract terms are favourable from your chosen vendor.
